Most religion courses fulfill general education requirements in humanities (H).
A few examples of General Education & other credit courses include:

- North American Religion (REL 2121) (History)
- Ethics in America (REL 3171) (Diversity Credit)
Students taking religion courses to fulfill general education should take these courses at the introductory (2000) or intermediate (3000) level. There are no prerequisites for 2000 level courses.
