Background
My research interests are in the fields of leadership, sustainable agriculture, and transnational politics. My MBA training highlights my commitment to women, leadership, and social entrepreneurship. I have won awards for my teaching and research from USAID-MEAS, J. William Fulbright, and the US Department of Education. I hold a BA from Columbia University, a PhD from the University of California, Berkeley and an MBA from the Hough Graduate School of Business, University of Florida. In addition to my research and teaching, I also serve as a campus advisor for the US Department of State Critical Language Scholarship Program. When I am not in the classroom, I enjoy supporting college women build community, wealth, and wellness —and connect them with resources for their professional development beyond college.
