Rachaell Diaz

Rachaell Diaz was born and raised in Miami, Florida to Peruvian immigrant parents. She received her Bachelor's degree in both English and Religious Studies from Stetson University and her Master's degree in Religious Studies at Florida International University. She is currently a PhD student in the Department of Religion at the University of Florida studying the Religions of the Americas. Her research focuses on the Peruvian Catholic religious image of el Señor de los Milagros, as well as Andean Religious History, Latin American diasporic traditions, and religious globalization more broadly.
