Spring Digital Media Seminars — Meet n’ Greet, Maps, & More!

DigitalHumanities-UF-Spring2016The University of Florida Religion Department is excited to announce its Spring Digital Humanities Seminars. The seminars with #UFreligion provide an ideal environment for discussing and learning about new computing technologies and how they are influencing teaching, research, dissemination, creation, and preservation in different disciplines, via a community-based approach.

This semester there are three events to take part in in Anderson Hall 117 and Matherly 105:

  • FEBRUARY 23 — Digital Humanities Meet N’ Greet (FREE FOOD) 1-2:30pm (AND 117)
  • MARCH 16 — Google Earth Mapping Tools 3:30pm-5:00pm (AND 117)
  • APRIL 12 — Tweeting Religion: Social Media Best Practices 1:55pm-2:45pm (MAT 105)
