During the summer our faculty & graduate students not only teach summer courses and attend to long neglected reading lists, they also depart for various locales to engage in invaluable fieldwork projects.
This summer is no different. From Trinidad to Ethiopia, Poland to Texas, and many places abroad and in between our department is engaged in rigorous ethnographic and archival research on location.
